I am appalled and angered at your reply to my request. I asked for an investigation on the practices of Ellen Seaborne. It appears that YOU are biased and not interested in investigating any of the bonafide complaints against her. I am really troubled by your lack of action.

I have also filed a complaint against her with your office.  I speak from personal experience, NOT on what appeared in the Flagstaff Tea Party, as you stated in your letter. Dan, the editor of the paper, did a fantastic job reporting the TRUTH after HIS investigation into the facts and complaints of many residents of Flagstaff. He wasn’t aware that such a problem existed, until HE was contacted, as editor, to investigate her pattern of unethical practices. He did go to your office in Phoenix and viewed all of the complaints against her, with the exception of a few that were still under investigation.   THAT is where his information came from. It was very FAIR and OBJECTIVE and a presentation of ALL the FACTS!

Another reasons to believe that the Arizona Bar Association needs to be investigated for letting her continue to practice. You already have the facts against her, and yet you are failing to take action.

There is definitely a pattern on her part of being deceitful to her clients. A pattern of telling her clients that it will be a simple divorce, for example, and then dragging it on for 3 years. Mine was delayed  15 times! She had a man appointed Special Master of the court to review my medical records, who wasn’t even an Arizona licensed physician. He portrayed himself to be a practicing physician in the state of Arizona to my doctors, telling them that I had lied to them, made up diagnoses, changed documents/reports. I had a nervous breakdown when I heard this so-called doctor, make these accusations!   I had worked in the emergency medical field for over 20 years, helping others. I had true injuries that occurred while on the job, but continued to work until an automobile accident occurred in 1994, which brought my career to a halt. This was documented by a number of specialists and put on Social Security Disability. She also tried to put a lien on my home, to make sure that she received her money. She has taken other clients to court and taken their homes away from them for payment. My  attorney, John  Gliege, kept her from being allowed to do so.

I personally heard Ellen Seaborne LIE to Judge Adams, in court, and make a big production, of how she had subpoenaed my Tucson lawyer to be in court and she wasn’t there. The FACT of the matter was that she had NEVER filed a subpoena until  THAT afternoon, after court that day!  PROVEN FACT! When confronted in judges chambers, by John Gliege, my attorney, she never appeared in court during my divorce hearing!

You already have  this information........it is on the  complaint that I filed with the Bar Association. I received a card saying you were investigating the complaint, but haven’t heard from you since. Has my complaint been conveniently mis-placed?

Due to your lack of interest and fair, objective investigation into the allegations and complaints of Ellen Seaborne, I plan on continuing my efforts to the Supreme Court of Arizona, US Supreme Court,  AZ. Attorney General, US Attorney General, US Justice System, Senators, Legislatures, Newpapers,  TV  Stations,  60 Minutes, 20/20 and other networks that do investigative reports.

I am really disgusted with the legal abuse that exists today. No one should have to go through  the mental anguish  and grief  that I  had to endure just to obtain a divorce.   No reason on earth that it should cost close to  $80,000  either. I have since found out that other women have had to endure very similar mental anguish. I intend to fight with every last breath in me to stop her continued abuse of the legal system.   

“If God is for us, who can  stand against us.” I am a very religious  Christian, and believe once investigated thoroughly, she will be disbarred! I also believe that the Arizona Bar Association, will have to answer for their lack of discipline, especially in light of the continued abuse condoned by your association. What is your answer going to be when asked; WHY WASN’T SOME  FORM OF ACTION  taken against her  before now?
