Seaborne's
confidential instructions to staff
These confidential documents were obtained from"Rene,"
a person who claimed to have inside information about
Ellen Seaborne's office procedures. One document
explains Seaborne's policy with regard to keeping even
the simplest of office procedures confidential. Other
documents include "proposals" suggesting how Seaborne's
staff should bill clients for various services. Note
that information pertaining to dates, names of office
personnel and handwritten notations have been removed
from these documents by Flagstaff Tea Party in order
to protect Rene's identity. The handwriten notations,
pertaining mainly to amended fees on the "Intake
form," have been electronically recreated. An asterisk
appears in some of these notations, representing a
symbol that is difficult to read, but which may be an
ampersand (&).
